Off-Lease Inspections
Our inspectors provide field services using the latest technology and standardized inspection protocols for our clients. Our system automates client-specific rules and integrates with existing in-house and third-party remarketing platforms to deliver accurate Wear and Tear (EWT) estimates, Mitchell’s pricing, AutoGrade and other custom requirements.
Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) Compliance Review
Our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programs help you maintain brand integrity and manage risk by inspecting a random selection of a dealer’s CPO inventory to confirm compliance with program standards and providing a detailed report and consultation with our findings.
Remarketing Services
On-site vehicle inspection services (including data, imaging and reporting) for businesses and organizations, including fleet/lease and rental car companies, or other remarketing inspections.

- VIN, odometer, and equipment listing
- Survey of interior and exterior condition, including visual inspection for body repairs and/or repaints along with digital paint depth readings
- Listing and testing of all optional equipment or add-ons that may affect the value of the vehicle (e.g. power roof, roof rack, DVD player, navigation)
- Engine start-up, bringing engine to operating temperature, and engaging transmission
- All tires gauged and checked for matching brand/size/ratings
- Minimum of 26 high-resolution digital images
Before scheduling your vehicle inspection, make sure the following items are removed or prepared:
- Remove all personal items and large objects from your vehicle
- Have both sets of keys available
- Include the owner’s manual
- Remove the cargo cover
- Reinstall the original tires and/or winter tires
- Include the charging equipment (if applicable)

An inspection typically takes 45 minutes and is booked in a 2-4 hour window.
To schedule an inspection you will need the last 8 digits of the VIN and Inspection ID or Lease Account/Reference Number.
